Pastry Shelf Life Guide

ALL Croissant / Danish / Monkey Bread

1 day

Please eat these items the day you purchase them. Everything is made fresh that morning, and it only stays “fresh” for one day. It takes 48 hours for these items to be case ready, and 1 day to go stale. These items are pretty special! Enjoy!

Cookies

2-3 days

Cookies are baked fresh daily. We recommend eating them day of purchase, but they will last 2-3 days post purchase.

Brownies

3 days

Brownies will keep well if sealed in an airtight container in the fridge. Allow to come to room temp before eating, or pro tip…heat up for 20 seconds in the microwave and top with your favorite ice cream.

Butter Tarts

3-4 days

We recommend eating these day of purchase, but they can be kept at room temperature for 3-4 days and still taste fresh!

Honey Cake (DF)

2 days

Bagels

1 day

Bagels should be eaten day of purchase. If you buy extra or can’t eat it today, we recommend keeping them sealed in the freezer until you’re ready to eat them. Pop them in the microwave for 45 seconds or leave out over night to come to room temp.

Focaccia Bread

1 day

Focaccia stays fresh for 1 day. Day 2 it is eatable but a bit more dry. You can freeze your focaccia and thaw/bake it in the oven to refresh it later. Day of focaccia is definitely the best! We recommend slicing and toasting in your oven, spread some butter or make a breakfast sandwich!
